Quality management is our business philosophy
KRAFT Integrated Management System (IMS) practices focus on satisfying customer needs. This means making the needs of the customer a priority, expanding the relationship beyond traditional services, and incorporating the customer’s needs in KRAFT’s business plan and corporate strategy.
The overall objective is to present a management and control framework to ensure that the aspects of a Project from start-up through the final inspections and handing over to Client, including equipment and materials incorporated in the works, comply with the contract requirements and legal rules and regulations.
In addition to taking account of specific contract requirements, the IMS covers the elements of the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
We can directly serve our clients by offering swift quality support. Our quality department has associations with well-known Oil Companies, Certifying Authorities, Marine and Pipeline contractors, manufacturers, mills, construction yards and suppliers.
The quality team is very familiar with the national and international codes, standards, legal rules and regulations. Also, some of the leading operator specifications have been spelled out. In several cases we have contributed to today’s wording within these documents.
Currently and in the past, all our Quality team members have contributed to many Energy-, Maritime-, Petro-chemical- and Oil and Gas field developments projects, from start to end, both onshore and offshore.
Additional quality services such as engineering and procurement support, QA/QC, expediting, audits and inspections have been carried out on many projects in the industry.
As a dedicated and total quality driven company, KRAFT aspires to become your preferred and reliable EPC contractor and a committed business partner.
“Get it right first time,
every time’.
HSE
Proactive management is at the core of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices. We take pride in our commitment to safeguarding our workforce and the plant environments we work in, believing in the principles of Human Organizational Performance (HOP).
With a focus on HSE aspects, our dedicated team ensures the creation of comprehensive HSE plans, work method statements, and briefings tailored to each project’s scope. At KE, we uphold a duty of care for all personnel, with specific emphasis on well-being, equal pay, and fair living conditions for all workers, including those posted.
Our approach includes adopting site safety introductions that incorporate blended learning methods and spoken word, enhancing engagement and understanding among our teams. Moreover, we believe in the power of effective publicity and promotion regarding HSE, utilizing mediums such as posters and banners to reinforce safety messages across our operations. KRAFT has adopted a digital platform for the conduction of HSE-inspections, which also aids in the visual management of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), in both green- and brownfield/OSBL.
At KRAFT, safety is the result of our collective attention, engagement, and collaborative efforts. Our leadership is dedicated to remaining mindful of daily changes in work environments and scheduling impacts, ensuring that safety remains paramount in everything we do. We understand that work-as-done is key, when we design and prepare.
Join us at KRAFT, where safety isn’t just a practice—it’s our commitment to each other and to excellence in every aspect of our work.
KRAFT can also support in HAZOP-studies, integrated design phase / construction HSE-plans and the management of safe operations during the installation of modules.
